  • The Organizational Self-Assessment Tool OrgWise aims to help agencies strengthen capacity and accountability. It enables organizations to assess their strengths and weaknesses against the sector standards and then links them with the resources and policies they need to further develop their organizational systems. 
    
• The Organizational Standards Initiative (OSI) Project
  
  • The OSI is a response to a long-standing call from OCASI members to build capacity and develop standards for the immigrant and refugee-serving sector. The OSI will facilitate organizational development to strengthen organizational capacity across the sector.
    

We are hosting  this online informational session to re-introduce the Self-Assessment Tool, OrgWise and to introduce the OSI, phase II of the program. We invite you to listen in and participate in the discussion. 

This session is the next step towards implementation of the OSI project. OCASI will continue to provide our member agencies with the resources needed to assist with Organizational Development. 

Summary materials and the presentation will be provided to all participants shortly after the session. Afterwards, these materials along with a detailed paper outlining program goals, functions, elements and services, and results of the numerous consultations that helped shaped the design of the OSI project will be posted  to our website.
